Subsidized Homes for All

Zoey Meadows is a new housing development located within the southeastern corner of the City of Erie, Pennsylvania. This development is the first of its kind in Erie to provide subsidized housing to all income levels!  Traditionally, government subsidies have been made available only to low income households, but this development offers subsidies to those of moderate incomes and above, as well!

The Zoey Meadows development is planned to include 50 brand new homes that will appraise well, and be subsidized according to the applicant’s household income and size.  The homes will be offered in four different mortgage groups as follows;

·    Eight (8) homes for mortgages of $63,875

·    Eight (8) homes for mortgages of $71,000

·    Ten (10) homes for mortgages of $94,500

·    Twenty-four (24) homes for mortgages of $111,333

This development is the first of its kind in Erie to provide subsidized housing to all income levels!

Amenities

Zoey Meadows is conveniently located near the Bayfront Eastside Connector, retail and grocery stores such as Wal-Mart and Erie County Farms.  There are two public schools (K-5 and K-8), and one parochial school within a short walking distance.
